Ride Tribe Minis is Ride Tribe designed especially for 4 year olds. Offered at Cardrona only, it gives young skiers a fun, supportive introduction to structured Sunday sessions. With age-appropriate terrain and patient instructors, it’s a great first step into the Ride Tribe crew.
Ride Tribe Adaptive is a dedicated Sunday programme for adaptive skiers and snowboarders. Available at Cardrona only, it offers consistent coaching in a supportive, inclusive environment. Families can learn more about adaptive options and programme details here.

Skiwees & Lowriders
Cardrona: Drop off at the Den from 8.30am. Pick up is at 3.30pm outside the Den.
Treble Cone: Meet at the Kea Room before 9.00am. Pick up is at 3.00pm from the Kea Room.
Ride Tribe & Ride Tribe Minis
Cardrona: Drop off at the level flags up on the Big Carpet. For Minis, drop off within the red fence below the Little Carpet outside Kindy. Both ready for an 11.00am start. Pick up is at 3.30pm at the same locations.
Treble Cone: Meet at the Snow Sports flag on snow outside the ticket office, ready for a 9.30am start. Pick up is at 2.00pm at the same location.
Cardrona Tots
Drop off at the Den, ready for a 10.30am start. Pick up is from the Den at 1.30pm.
Cardrona Academy
Drop off in the Courtyard by the red archway at 9.30am - look for the instructors in red. Pick up is at the same location at 3.30pm.
If Cardrona or Treble Cone closes, the programme may be moved to the Friday, or there will be a partial refund of 1/4 of the programme provided. If your child is unable to make the Friday, a partial refund will also be offered.
If the mountain is closed on a programme day, we will use the allocated Weather Day where available. Any further closed days, or where no Weather Day is available, we will be issuing refunds on a pro-rata basis once the programme has concluded.
Programmes will be going ahead if the mountain is open and operating. Please dress prepared for cold/wet weather and check the Snow Report in the morning before heading up the hill!
Our programmes are set as a multi-day package, and children are expected to attend each day to maintain consistent group progression and coaching. We do not offer discounted rates for missed programme days. We do refund missed days due to illness or injury. Please find more in our Terms & Conditions here.
Rentals are not included in the programme cost but can be added for an additional rate.
At Cardrona, rental equipment can be fitted at the Den for Skiwees & Lowriders and Tots, and in Rentals for Ride Tribe.
At Treble Cone, rental equipment can be fitted in Rentals for both Skiwees & Lowriders and Ride Tribe.
Skiwees & Lowriders at Cardrona are welcome to use the Den during the week to store any equipment. Your child will have a cubby with their name on it.
We spend the first morning assessing all the levels and ensuring the groups are riding with the same speed and ability. There is always movement in the groups at the beginning as we work to ensure all kids are in the correct class. We ask that you try to book them into the correct level. On the day, we cannot guarantee that space will be available in a more suitable level if you have booked the incorrect ability.
We certainly do! We believe every student should feel confident on the snow. If your child has any cognitive needs, please let us know in advance. We can pair an awesome volunteer with their group to provide that extra layer of 1-on-1 encouragement and support.
Absolutely! Our kitchen is informed of any allergies prior to the week beginning to allow for any necessary preparations. We are also a NUT FREE ZONE so if you do pack snacks, please make sure to leave the nuts at home.
Sure! We ask that you email us in advance at kids.programmes@cardrona-treblecone.com for Skiwees & Lowriders requests, and kids.programmes@cardrona-treblecone.com for Ride Tribe, Academy and Tots requests.
Please include the names of the children and the dates you are requesting. Children wanting to be in the same group must be booked at the same level.
Once you've dropped your kid(s) off at their programme, they'll be looked after by our Snow Sports School team, and you can enjoy your day on the mountain! You'll pick them up again at the end of the lesson.
Programme bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled at no additional cost with more than 48 hours notice. For any programme bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 2-48 hours of the start time a $50 admin fee will be charged. No refund or reschedule is available within 2 hours of the start time of the programme.
