Asked Questions

  • If Cardrona closes, the programme will be moved to the Friday, or a partial refund for 1/4 of the programme will be provided. If your child is unable to make the Friday, a partial refund will also be offered.

  • If Treble Cone closes on a Monday or Tuesday, the programme will run on the Wednesday. If it closes on Thursday or Friday a partial refund will be offered. If your child cannot make the Wednesday a partial refund will be offered. All refunds are processed at the end of the programme.

At Cardrona, drop your kid(s) off at the Den from 8.30am. At Treble Cone meet at the flag on snow at 9am. Pick up is at 3.30pm outside the Den (Cardrona) or at the on snow meetings point (Treble Cone).

Rentals are not included in the programme cost but can be added for an additional rate. Rental equipment can be fitted at the Den (Cardrona) and in Rentals (Treble Cone). At Cardrona you are welcome to use the Den during the week to store any equipment. Your child will have a cubby with their name on it.

Sure! We ask that you either let us know in the notes of the booking when prompted or email kids.programmes@cardrona-treblecone.com in advance. Please include the names of the children and the dates you are requesting. Children wanting to be in the same group must be skiing or riding at the same level.

We spend Monday morning assessing all the levels and ensuring the groups are riding with the same speed and ability. There is always movement in the groups on Monday as we work to ensure all kids are in the correct class. We ask that you try to book them into the correct level, we do not hold information on previous seasons. If you are not sure or want to check, just shoot us an email at kids.programmes@cardrona-treblecone.com.

Absolutely! Our kitchen is informed of any allergies prior to the week beginning to allow for any necessary preparations. We are also a NUT FREE ZONE so if you do pack snacks, please make sure to leave the nuts at home.

Programme bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled at no additional cost with more than 48 hours notice. For any programme bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 2-48 hours of the start time a $50 admin fee will be charged. No refund or reschedule is available within 2 hours of the start time of the programme.
