Rental Hints & Tips
Wear mid-shin socks, or better yet, invest in knee pads. They’ll prevent sore shin bashes against pedal pins.
Bring layers – even though it’s summer and the day might be sunny; we’re still an alpine environment and the air temperature is cool.
Think about shorts vs pants. There are benefits to both, but the main consideration is how hot your legs can get versus protection.
Goggles are surprisingly useful. We operate in a dry environment, and though the trails are maintained, it means it can sometimes get dusty!
Pack your pockets with snacks or get a riding pack. Even with an assisted uplift, riding downhill all day is tiring and you’ll want to refuel!
