A skier glides down a wide, smooth, snow-covered slope under bright sunlight. The skier's shadow stretches out behind them as they carve gracefully, leaving a thin trail of snow dust in their wake. The surrounding mountain landscape is bathed in soft, golden light, with rocky, snow-dusted peaks rising in the background.

Two of NZ’s favourites (as voted in the NZ Herald)

A snowboarder carves through deep, fresh powder on a snowy mountain slope. Their helmet and goggles reflect the bright sunlight, while a huge spray of snow arcs behind them, capturing the speed and energy of the descent. The background features rugged, snow-covered peaks against a clear, blue sky.

“One whole day is not enough”

The whole family had fun. One whole day is not enough. Next time we will book accommodation too!

Frequently
Asked Questions

Yes, here’s how it works:

  • Day Passes: These are specific to either Cardrona or Treble Cone for the chosen date and don’t provide access to both mountains.

  • Multi-Day Passes: All multi-day passes allow access to both Cardrona and Treble Cone, giving you the flexibility to explore both mountains during your trip.

Single Day Passes:

  • Valid for the selected date only and specific to either Cardrona or Treble Cone.

Multi-Day Passes:

  • Can be used on any day throughout the season.

  • Provide the flexibility to ski or ride whenever you choose.

  • Valid across both Cardrona and Treble Cone mountains.

*Please note: this does not apply to Early Bird Multi-day pass holders, who can ski or ride any day outside our blackout period (blackout period: June 30 - July 11, 2025).

To ensure you have the best on-mountain experience, we manage the number of lift passes sold for each day, so days can sell out, especially in school holidays. Pass availability is updated on the snow report page.

Yes! We have already accounted for those with pre-purchased passes to be on the mountain, including pre-purchased: day pass, multi-day pass, season pass and earlybird multi-day pass.

If you are a saver season pass holder or an earlybird multi-day pass holder, please be aware that your pass is not eligible for use during the "blackout period" June 30 - July 11, 2025 (Aus & NZ school holidays).

Fewer people on the mountain means a better on-mountain experience for everyone. By managing our capacity and lift passes sold, we aim for shorter wait times, more room to ski or ride, more help available from our incredible on-mountain team, and an even better experience for you.

Yes, you can reschedule up to 7 days in advance, subject to the capacity available on the day you want to reschedule to. You will need to contact our team to do so and may need to pay a price difference if the new day you choose is at a higher rate.

Half-day passes may become available depending on capacity for any given day and are only sold on-site.
