A skier glides down a wide, smooth, snow-covered slope under bright sunlight. The skier's shadow stretches out behind them as they carve gracefully, leaving a thin trail of snow dust in their wake. The surrounding mountain landscape is bathed in soft, golden light, with rocky, snow-dusted peaks rising in the background.

“One whole day is not enough”

The whole family had fun. One whole day is not enough. Next time we will book accommodation too!

Frequently
Asked Questions

Yes, providing that you purchase a dual mountain multi-day pass. If you know what dates you’re visiting and want the flexibility of both mountains the dual mountain multi-day pass is for you.

If you only want to ski at one mountain for the duration of your trip, a resort and date specific multi-day pass will work out as the best value for money.

If you want ultimate flexibility, check out the flexi 5-day pass. This pass is available to purchase pre-season only; you can ski or ride whichever mountain you want with no blackout restrictions. Note: flexi 5-day passes can only be purchased online.

Multi-day passes provide you with some flexibility when you can ski or ride. The more days you purchase on your lift pass, the more flexibility you will have:

  • 1 day pass: Ski/ride on the selected day

  • 2 day pass: Ski/ride any 2 days within a 3-day window (starting on the first day of your lift pass)

  • 3 day pass: Ski/ride any 3 days within a 5-day window (starting on the first day of your lift pass)

  • 4 day pass: Ski/ride any 4 days within a 7-day window (starting on the first day of your lift pass)

  • 5 day pass: Ski/ride any 5 days within an 8-day window (starting on the first day of your lift pass)

  • 6 day pass: Ski/ride any 6 days within a 9-day window (starting on the first day of your lift pass)

  • 7 day pass: Ski/ride any 7 days within an 11-day window (starting on the first day of your lift pass)

*Please note: this does not apply to Early Bird Multi-day pass holders, who can ski or ride any day outside our blackout period (blackout period: June 30 - July 11, 2025).

To ensure you have the best on-mountain experience, we manage the number of lift passes sold for each day, so days can sell out, especially in school holidays. Pass availability is updated on the snow report page.

Yes! We have already accounted for those with pre-purchased passes to be on the mountain, including pre-purchased: day pass, multi-day pass, season pass, flexi 5-day pass, and earlybird multi-day pass.

If you are a saver season pass holder or an earlybird multi-day pass holder, please be aware that your pass is not eligible for use during the "blackout period" June 30 - July 11, 2025 (Aus & NZ school holidays).

Fewer people on the mountain means a better on-mountain experience for everyone. By managing our capacity and lift passes sold, we aim for shorter wait times, more room to ski or ride, more help available from our incredible on-mountain team, and an even better experience for you.

Yes, you can reschedule up to 7 days in advance, subject to the capacity available on the day you want to reschedule to. You will need to contact our team to do so and may need to pay a price difference if the new day you choose is at a higher rate.

Half-day passes may become available depending on capacity for any given day and are only sold on-site.
